Judith McAllister's Husband Indicted for Fraud

Praise and Worship singer Judith McAllister's husband, Darin Lee McAllister, is wanted on 19 charges of fraud and swearing a false oath.

Darin Lee McAllister, a special agent with the FBI, is accused of creating a wire fraud scheme to defraud a mortgage company. McAllister is accused of swindling unsuspecting property company by lying to get financing to buy more properties worth $1.25 million in 2006.

Apparently this all came out during a July 2009 bankruptcy hearing when he lied about his assets and net worth. He claimed he was the President of Judah Music and DOJ Productions, which produces many of Judy McAllister's projects.

The federales are permitting him to turn himself. I am not sure how long he has, but he may want to step on it! If McAllister is convicted on all 19 counts, he is looking to face 345 years in prison and $6.5 million in fines.
